Amarillo.pro is currently a beta local-business marketing and discovery service. This notice describes the main data flows used by the beta.
Business owners may provide contact information, business descriptions, categories, services, offers, schedules, images and other listing information. Information marked for publication can appear publicly on Amarillo.pro. Account and authentication information is used to operate owner access and is not intended to be shown as public listing content unless the owner supplies it as public business information.
When an authenticated business owner uses Google Match, Amarillo.pro may send the business name, address and ZIP code to Google Maps Platform to help identify the correct business. Google Maps results are shown temporarily for matching. Amarillo.pro is designed to retain the selected Google Place ID rather than copying Google Maps place content into the permanent business profile. Google processing is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
If a business owner chooses the AI listing assistant, the business information currently entered in the editor may be sent to the configured OpenAI API to generate marketing suggestions for the owner's review. AI suggestions are not automatically published.
The service may process security, rate-limit and diagnostic information needed to operate the website and prevent abuse.
